What We do / services offered

We offer a range of services as below though not limited to;
i) Support government strategies in prevention and management of both communicable
and non-communicable diseases in the community
ii) Support and implement health delivery models in line with MOH delivery models.
iii) Train and mentor health facility staff and community health teams in health packages
like Reproductive Maternal Neonatal Adolescent Health (RMNACH), Prevention of VAW/VAC and SRH
iv) Support institutions in Continuous quality improvement activities
v) Conduct health promotion and education activities through Social Behavioural Change communication about health-related issues
vi) Support institution’s in concept of revamping community health
vii) Promote the concept of school health promotion.
viii) Ensure provision of livelihood initiatives to marginalized communities
ix) Champion advocacy for Quality health
x) Empower community in promotion of WASH, Nutrition and food security including Environmental protection and conservation.
xi) Support Research institutions in conducting research.
